Our Primary Care Network

The practice is part of Eccles and Irlam Primary Care Network which is made up of the following practices:

Chapel Group Medical Centre, Mosslands Medical Practice, Irlam Clinic, Springfield Medical Practice, Monton Medical Centre, St Andrews Medical Centre and Salford Primary Care Togather Practice. We have a combined list size of over 80,000 patients which is one of the biggests PCN's in Salford. 

Dr Kapur from Chapel Group Medical Centre is the Clinical Director for the PCN.
