Please input your home blood pressure readings as requested by your Doctor and submit these to the practice. Once one of the Doctors has reviewed these readings a member of the practice will be in touch. Thank you. Please allow 3 working days before collecting your prescription. In future you may wish to consider registering for our Online Services. The Online Services system remembers which medications you are on and makes requesting repeat prescriptions faster and easier.
