For patients wanting to deliver at Bolton, the GP will need to submit a direct referral to the booking office at Bolton where they will be made an appointment and send this to you.

If they are unsure where they would like to give birth then please ask them to call the midwife on 0161 470 6895.

We ask that you inform the practice that you are pregnant so that we can update your medical records, you can do this online via patinet triage, via the NHS APP or by telephoning the practice on 0161 775 7373.
